Call your counsel immediately to schedule a face to face interview. Retain counsel as soon as possible to launch their investigation of your case. Supply all documents to your counsel that pertain to your accident including photos, police reports, proof of and detailed information about your insurance, property loss documentation, wage loss documentation and medical bills.
