Gary Wolfstone does not represent any clients who are doing business in hate speech. Indeed, he plans to recommend a model statute to Congress which would expose hate speech to strict liability and subject them to elaborate reporting requirements. Mr. Wolfstone believes that the advent of the world wide web has, however, catapulted hate speach from the status of "a cottage industry" to an international and multi-billion dollar sector of our economy in the closing days of the Twentieth Century. More significantly, Gary Wolfstone believes that the vast majority of the 60 million people who are surfing the web are blissfully unaware of the scope of hate speech on the web! Hate speech on the web is spreading like a cancer!
