He graduated from Whitman College and Harvard Law School. As a Constitutional lawyer and original thinker, Mr. Wolfstone has fashioned a Presidential Pardon which not only pardons federal offenses but also extends to and includes state law crimes. Contrary to the conventional wisdom ~ i.e., the print and broadcast media wisdom which is commonly accepted uncritically without the benefit of analytical thinking ~ Mr. Wolfstone reasons that the Presidential Pardon power is a "grant" of power and not a "limitation" of power. The founding fathers who drafted the U.S. Constitution have not included any express prohibition in our Constitution about pardoning "state law offenses" so it is clear that they leave open the "possibility" that Mr. Wolfstone now offers as a new "reality."
Gary Wolfstone was an early pioneer in working for diversity. In August of 1978 he tried a race discrimination case to a 12 person jury in Seattle with co-counsel. That jury returned a verdict in the plaintiff's favor for higher damages than counsel had chalked up in closing argument. Most significantly, that plaintiff has remained Mr. Wolfstone's close personal friend for the 40 years since the case was tried. In May of 1996, Gary Wolfstone successfully completed the course of study in at the Harvard Conference on the Internet and Society. Shortly afterwards, Gary returned to Seattle and formed Seattle Web Design, Inc., a Washington corporation. Gary Wolfstone is sensitive to the rich traditions of our profession and our community. Mr. Wolfstone is also aware of Seattle's reputation as "The last paradise out West." Mr. Wolfstone has participated in Seattle's dynamic movement into the Twenty-First Century.
Mr. Wolfstone says: "Providence has smiled upon me. I have been a member of my bar association for 50 years; I have had the same CPA (Certified Public Accountant) for 50 years; and I have had the same bank for 50 years!"
 Mr. Wolfstone applied to and was admitted to legal programs of study at Harvard University in 1969.  Mr. Wolfstone graduated from Harvard Law School in 1972. He decided in 1972 to teach and practice law.  Mr. Wolfstone was admitted to Phi Beta Kappa (top 10% of his college class) whose members include 17 U.S. Presidents, 42 Supreme Court Justices and more than 150 Nobel Laureates. 
 Mr. Wolfstone has also been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.   Mr. Wolfstone is a transitional member of the ABA, the American Bar Association, and has published widely as a legal scholar.  Mr. Wolfstone has served as a loyal member of Ivy League Clubs in the United States and in Europe where ever "Ivy" is valued!
